Lower 11" of blanket is rip-stop nylon with reflective piping at top edge. Bound nylon web edges. Sewn in owners label. One surcingle at belly & two elastic leg straps. Two buckle closures at chest. Deep shoulder gussets for freedom of movement. The darts, buckle attachments and other stress point are reinforced with sturdy, flexible leather grained vinyl.
