Typically used on some race and steeplechase horses while in training and/or competition. The idea is to limit the horses line of vision so tha the horse is focusing on the direction he is going and not be so distracted by other surroundings. Also useful in other breeds during training. Hood is made of silk like polyester. Half cups are durable light, white plastic. One size, adjusts with stretch hook and loop.
